| Description | : | Under the strict direction of the
President, will provide administrative assistance by taking telephone
messages and retrieving emails directed to the President. Collect, maintain and remind the President of his appointment and calendar of activities. Retrieve President's mails and incoming correspondence. Assist the President by answering mails, fax and emails containing standard and simple queries. Compose routine correspondence or reports on behalf of the President. Operate a personal computer to access pre-established programs in order to input information from source documents and retrieve information, as instructed by the President. |

| Requirements | : | Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree
in Business Administration required. Prefer to read,
write and speak both Japanese & English. Required Skill: Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint |
